Hope for Grieving Families helps connect family members with agencies and other resources that provide grief counseling and professional services. Support groups are meetings of people who have similar experiences.  People may meet in person or online to share their stories and what they learned.  Support groups help some people feel less alone and more understood.  Some people try a number of groups before they find the one that is right for them.
